Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah, AO, is the founder and chairman of Sunway Group, one of Malaysia’s largest property-construction groups. Tan Sri Cheah is also the founding trustee of Jeffrey Cheah Foundation (JCF), the nation’s largest education-focused social enterprise.

Fun Science Sdn Bhd is founded in 2001. We launched the Little Scientists® Program for kindergarten in 2002. We advocate ‘enquiry-based learning’, emphasizing learning through getting hands-on and having fun.

Our story starts when our founder, Ho Teh Eng found out that her son didn’t enjoy his science lesson in kindergarten. She knew that if this continues, her son would lose interest in science. They started to do experiments at home. Her son enjoys the magic from the experiment.

She proposed to her son’s school to implement hands-on activities in their lesson. They liked the idea. However, they faced limitations in terms of not having qualified teachers, teaching aids and materials. She then decided to quit her job to develop the Little Scientists® program.

Today, we are proud to have 600 kindergartens using our program, impacting 30,000 students in Malaysia, Singapore, China and India annually. Our expertise includes developing educational programs, training teachers and producing animations. We won numerous awards such as Creative Young Entrepreneur Award 2009 and Women of Excellence Award 2014. We are the finalist in the Star Business Award 2014.

RBM BUILDING MACHINERY TRADING SDN BHD

Established since 1995 ,The RBM Building System, developed by RBM Building Machinery Trading Sdn. Bhd., is an alternative and non-conventional method designed to replace the traditional bricks laying and plastering job method.

The techniques comprise of ingredients mixed in RBM Foam Concrete Machine Model : RBM - 1000 (Patent Granted MY - 133290 – A & MY – 149328 -A , Registered Trade Mark & Industrial Design ) in specific compositions, then pumped/ in filled RBM insulated lightweight concrete into RBM Formwork System. Upon RBM insulated lightweight concrete set within hours, the formwork will be dismantled and the partition or party walls will be ready, in triple quick time.

The RBM wall is excellent for thermal and sound insulation and 4 hours fire rating SIRIM tested with BOMBA approval.

This system is able to get a very good finishing with straight and smooth partition and party wall without plastering (only skim coating), thus reducing the plastering labor and saves time. Since the RBM insulated lightweight foam concrete technology with concrete density that is lighter than (half of the percentage) normal concrete/bricks, it is able to reduce the pilling and this system also does not require concrete truck or mobile crane. This machine also able to create / produce reinforcement concrete up to maximum grade 35 N/mm².

YS Hamper Sdn Bhd was established in Johor Bahru on 5 October 1991. The company's main focus is the sale of hampers. Besides, we also retail other products such as wines and tonics. Along with the increased demand of hampers, the company decided to expand the business nationwide in 1991 in order to provide a wider range of options for our customers as well as business partners. With the gradual improvement in economy, the needs and sales of our hampers have been promoted to a new level.

In 2004, the company shifted its packaging and operation departments to the newly opened factory. We strive hard in the manufacture of our quality hampers with the objective of satisfying the demands of all our valuable customers.

In 2007, the company extended the sales department to provide a more spacious and comfortable display area for our customers. With the growth of sophistication in the market, we introduced online marketing services to enhance our competitiveness so that all customers will be able to access our services in the absence of geographical constraints.
